If ordering over a weekend please note your order will not be dispatched until Monday or next working day.

Unfortunately we are only able to

We offer free delivery on all

What is your packaging made from?
At FeelAwsm, we believe that
wellness should feel good—for you and the planet. That’s why every part of our
packaging, from our beautiful glass bottles and aluminum lids to the mailers
that land on your doorstep, has been carefully chosen with sustainability in
mind.
All of our bottles and caps are 100% recyclable. Our mailers and shipping boxes? Fully recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable—crafted from FSC-certified paper that protects forests as much as it protects your products.
Can I update the shipping address?
We are able to update Shipment
Information up to 1 hour from the moment the order was placed. For it, please
contact us at hello@feelawsm.com
If you want to edit any shipment
information after 1 hour, and your package is already in transit, please
contact the corresponding carrier to change the information. Please keep in
mind that if your package is already in transit, only small changes might be
possible (for example, house number correction, or address change within the
same city).

Can I cancel/amend my order?
Please contact customer services
ASAP if you have made a mistake during the ordering process or wish to cancel
your order before it is shipped.
Please note that we can only amend
orders that haven't been processed for dispatch so please reach out to us as
soon as possible!

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are only able to
accept orders through our website at this time.

Yes all of the prices shown on our

Where are your products made?
Our products are made in the EU
in the GMP code of conduct.
We source only the highest quality
global ingredients for our products and we are continually updating our product
range to ensure that only the highest quality ingredients make it into our
products.
What are your capsules madefrom?
We use natural plant fibre
capsules which are vegan-friendly.
For how long should I takesupplements?
Generally, taking supplements
should be considered as part of a long-term prevention strategy. The
achievement of results is personal, since the health circumstances are
different. To get personalised information about the best possible duration, we
recommend contacting a doctor.
Is it safe to take allsupplements together?
Our range of products is designed
synergistically, so that the products can be taken together to take advantage
of each product.
Can the supplements be takenduring pregnancy or lactancy?
Our products are developed based
on the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) recommendations, which are
developed from studies over general adult populations. Since pregnant/lactant
women can have different nutritional needs, we would kindly ask you to contact
a doctor for more information.
How to store the products?
These are our storage
recommendations for our products: Store in a cool and dry place after opening.
Note that our products don't need refrigeration and can be kept at room
temperature.
We also recommend to keep the
capsules away from direct sunlight. For this purpose, we recommend keeping the
bottle in the original box.
Do you test products onanimals?
Absolutely not! We love all furry
creatures all of our products are cruelty-free.
We never test on animals & we
don't work with any manufacturing partners who do also.
Are your products non-GMO?
Yes all products are free from genetic
modification & do not contain any ingredients derived from GMOs.
What are GMP standards?
Good manufacturing practice (GMP)
standards are a strict code of conduct that manufacturers adhere to when
manufacturing food supplements.
They state that products must:
- Be of consistent high quality
- Be appropriate to their intended
use
- Meet the requirements of the
marketing authorisation (MA) or product specification.
Can I buy your products in ashop?

website at this currently time so the only place you can buy them is right

How is the quality of thesupplements tested?
We take testing and quality
control very seriously. In the development phase, several test phases are
initially carried out in order to determine the optimum composition. This is
followed by further test series in production, during which the physical-chemical
and organoleptic properties of the products are tested. For our final products,
we do
yearly checks carried out by tests
in independent third party laboratories to make sure that our products are
gluten free, GMO free and free from heavy metals and other contaminants.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 60 day guarantee on
everything we sell. Simply return any unused bottles back to us & we'll
refund you in full - no questions asked.

How do I return an item?
We realise that sometimes things
just don't work out.
If you decide that a product isn't
for you then all we ask is that you please reach out to our customer support
team at hello @feelawsm.com who will issue a returns number and provide the
correct returns address.
Please note that you must contact
us first before sending any items to us.
Please do not send items back to
us without contacting us first as they will not be accepted.
Do you cover return postage?
Unfortunately while we do offer a
full refund within 60 days, as a small business we are unable to cover the cost
of sending your returned items back to us.
