Feel Awsm - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the website www.feelawsm.com and the online shop operated by Feel Awsm d.o.o., as well as to all purchases made through the website.

By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the website.

All content on this website is the property of Feel Awsm d.o.o. and may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior consent. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2. Ordering Goods

2.1 Purchase Process

You may shop on our website as a registered user or as a guest.

- Select your product(s) and add them to the cart.

- Proceed to checkout, enter your details, select a payment method, and review your order.

- Before submitting, you will have the chance to review and correct any errors.

- By clicking “Complete Order,” you place a binding order with an obligation to pay.

You will receive an order confirmation by email, including order details, the total price (including delivery), and these Terms and Conditions. Once dispatched, you will also receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking link.

If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact sales@feelawsm.com as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you may need to refuse delivery or follow the returns process.

Orders are usually processed within 3 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping provider.

2.2 Product Subscription

Certain products are available via subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to automatically create new orders at your chosen interval and to charge your saved payment method.

- You will be notified before each renewal.

- Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or cancelled in your account.

- A minimum of two deliveries (initial order + first renewal) must be received before cancellation.

- Skipping an order is allowed twice per calendar year.

- Subscription renewals (after the first) include free standard shipping unless otherwise stated.

- If payment fails, your subscription will be paused and cancelled after 10 days if unresolved.

3. Prices & Special Offers

All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Special offers and discounts are time-limited and subject to availability.

3.1 Promotional Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes can be entered during checkout. Unless otherwise specified, they do not apply to delivery fees, cash-on-delivery fees, parcel insurance, or express delivery.

Promo codes cannot be combined; only one code may be used per order.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following secure payment methods:

- Credit/debit card (via Stripe or Shopify Payments)

Delivery costs are displayed separately during checkout.

5. Parcel Insurance

Optional parcel insurance will be s available at checkout for an additional fee. This covers loss or damage during transit.

- If your parcel is lost or damaged, we will provide a replacement or a refund.

- Please notify us promptly at sales@feelawsm.com, including photos in case of damage.

- In some cases, we may request return of the damaged goods before issuing a replacement.

6. Express Delivery

Customers may select express processing for an additional fee. Express orders are prioritised for dispatch on the same or next working day.

Please note: delivery times ultimately depend on the courier. We cannot guarantee faster arrival in every case.

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Feel Awsm d.o.o. until full payment has been received.

8. Cancellation & Returns

8.1 Statutory Withdrawal Right

Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at sales@feelawsm.com within 14 days. Goods must then be returned within 14 days of notifying us, to:

Returns must be undamaged and unopened, except for handling necessary to determine the product’s nature, characteristics, and function.

Exceptions: For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods (e.g. supplements) cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds, including standard delivery charges, will be processed within 14 days of withdrawal, but may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment. Refunds will be made to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.

8.2 Extended Goodwill Policy

As a goodwill gesture, if you order multiple units, you may return one opened unit (together with unopened ones) for a refund, provided it was only partially used according to instructions.

For certain products (including Darm Balance Probiotikum, Detox Essenz, Elektrolyt Essenz, Kollagen Elixier, Magnesium Balance, Meno Balance, NAD+ Jugendelixier, Schlaf Essenz), we also offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee in addition to statutory rights.

This guarantee is voluntary and subject to the conditions set out on our website.

9. Warranty (Non-Conformity of Goods & Digital Content)

9.1 Goods

Consumers have a two-year statutory warranty for defective goods under EU law.

Remedies include:

1. Free repair or replacement within a reasonable period (normally 30 days).

2. If impossible or unreasonable, a price reduction or contract withdrawal with refund.

3. If a defect appears within 30 days, you may request an immediate refund.

9.2 Digital Content & Services

For digital content (e.g. e-books, downloads), you also have a two-year statutory warranty.

If defective, we will bring the content into conformity free of charge within a reasonable period. If impossible, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

10. Ratings & Reviews

We welcome customer reviews. All genuine, relevant reviews (positive or negative) that comply with our review policy will be published.

We may reject reviews that are offensive, unlawful, irrelevant, or promotional for third parties.

11. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence, and for damages resulting in injury to life, body, or health.

We are not liable for damages caused by misuse of our products, or for minor website errors or temporary downtime, except where caused by intent or gross negligence.

If a listing contains a manifest error (e.g. obvious pricing mistake), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

12. Complaints & Disputes

Complaints can be submitted to sales@feelawsm.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 3 working days and keep you informed. Our goal is to resolve issues amicably.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings, unless required by mandatory law.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, cyberattacks, or failures of telecommunications.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Slovenian law. For consumers in Germany or Austria, mandatory consumer protection laws of your residence country also apply.

Disputes will be subject to the courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. The invalid provision will be replaced by one that lawfully achieves the intended purpose.

16. Health & Supplement Disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, nor are they a substitute for medical advice.

Consult a doctor before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or suffering from a medical condition.
