Out-of-court dispute resolution

In accordance with Article 32 of the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS), we inform you that we do not currently recognise any specific out-of-court dispute resolution body as competent. Consumers may still use the EU ODR platform linked above.
