If you do not notice any change with your Feel Awsm product within 60 days of delivery, you can request a refund as follows:

- The email address you used to place the order
- The products for which you would like a refund

- Follow our team's instructions We may ask you for a quick photo of the product and packaging and/or to return unopened units. In most cases, opened items do not need to be returned.
- Receive your refund Once your request has been approved, we will process your refund for the product price via your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this may take 3–10 business days.
Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first as they will not be accepted.
Do I have to return the product?
IIn most cases, we do not require the return of opened products. However, we may ask you to:
- send a photograph of the product and packaging, or
- return all unopened units (e.g. from multipacks).

Will the shipping costs also be refunded?

When is the best time to take my Feel Awsm supplements?
Follow the recommended intake times for each product (morning, afternoon, evening or before bedtime). As a rule of thumb:
