Refund policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how customers can return products or request a refund.
It applies to all purchases made at www.feelawsm.com

.

This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and local consumer laws in Germany and Austria.


2. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Right)

2.1 Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

2.2 How to Withdraw

Send an email to sales@feelawsm.com

within 14 days, stating:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Products you want to return

  • we will send you an e-mail with detail instruction 

2.3 Return of Goods

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days to:

Returns must be sent at your own cost.

2.4 Condition of Returned Goods

Returned items must be:

  • Unopened

  • Undamaged

  • In original packaging

  • With all hygiene seals intact

If a hygiene seal is opened or tampered with, the product cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

This exception is allowed under EU return law for food, supplements & cosmetic products.


3. Refunds Under the 14-Day Return Right

Once the return is received and inspected, we will refund:

  • The price of the goods

  • Standard delivery cost (not express)

Refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or valid proof of shipment.


4. Extended Goodwill Policy (Voluntary, Not a Right)

We offer an additional goodwill return option to provide better customer experience.
This is not a legal right and may be changed or refused in cases of abuse.

4.1 Multiple-Unit Orders

If you ordered several units of the same product, you may return:

  • One opened unit (lightly used according to instructions), and

  • All additional units unopened and sealed

This must be requested within 14 days of delivery and returned within 30 days of notification.

4.2 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

For selected supplements (as listed on product pages), we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
Conditions:

  • Only the first purchase of a product is eligible

  • Only one opened unit will be refunded

  • Additional units must be unopened

  • Clearly misused, heavily consumed, or empty bottles are not eligible

We reserve the right to refuse or limit goodwill refunds in case of suspicious activity or repeated patterns of misuse.


5. Return of Free Gifts & Promotions

If your order included a free gift or bonus product, it must also be returned.
If a free gift is not returned, the retail price of the gift will be deducted from your refund.


6. Exclusions From Returns

You cannot return or receive a refund for:

  • Opened or unsealed supplements

  • Products with removed, broken, or tampered hygiene seals

  • Empty or heavily used bottles

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Free gifts or promotional items not returned with the order

  • Products bought repeatedly under the satisfaction guarantee

  • Digital products where access has already been provided


7. Defective or Damaged Goods (Statutory Warranty)

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

and include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

You are entitled to:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, if replacement is not possible

This must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.


8. Lost Parcels

With Parcel Insurance (Recommended)

If you purchased parcel insurance during checkout:

  • Lost or damaged parcels are replaced immediately

  • Or refunded if items are out of stock

Without Parcel Insurance

A refund or replacement is only issued after the courier officially confirms the parcel is lost.
Courier investigations may take up to 30 days.


9. Returned Parcels Due to Customer Error

If a parcel is returned to us because of:

  • Incorrect address

  • Missing house number

  • No name on the mailbox

  • Customer not picking up the parcel

  • Customer refusing delivery

Then:

  • Shipping fees are not refundable

  • Return shipping costs charged by the courier are deducted

  • Re-sending will incur a new shipping fee


10. Refund Method & Timing

Refunds are processed:

  • Within 14 days of receiving returned items

  • To the original payment method

  • Or by bank transfer if explicitly agreed


11. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

FeelAwsm reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or replacements if:

  • The claim is fraudulent

  • The customer has a history of excessive returns

  • The product is heavily used or emptied

  • Free gifts were not returned

  • The satisfaction guarantee is used repeatedly

  • Subscription discounts are abused

  • Multiple “lost parcel” claims occur without insurance

This protects all genuine customers and keeps product prices fair.
