1. Overview / Legal Grounds

  • When you purchase from our online shop, you are protected under the rules of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) — giving you a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales. Alessandro Design+1

  • Our policy combines these statutory rights with some additional goodwill provisions — but we retain the right to enforce fair use and to reject misuse.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

2.1 Withdrawal Period

  • Consumers may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day after they or a third party (other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.

  • If no clear information about withdrawal rights is provided before purchase, the withdrawal period may be extended — but FeelAwsm ensures info before purchase.

2.2 How to Withdraw

within 14 days, stating your name, order number, and intention to withdraw.

2.3 Return of Goods

  • After withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days of notification to:

  • Goods must be returned in an undamaged, unused state, in their original packaging — except for handling necessary to determine their nature and function (as in a physical store). 

2.4 Exceptions (Hygiene / Supplements)

  • As our products are dietary supplements / health & wellness goods, many are sealed for hygiene or safety reasons. If the hygiene seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal is void (unless the product is defective). This reflects legal exceptions allowed under EU consumer regulations. 

2.5 Refunds

  • We will refund the price of the goods and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your return or proof of shipment — whichever is earlier. 

  • Return shipping costs are borne by you (unless we explicitly state otherwise).

  • If you used a discount code or promotional offer, the refunded amount will correspond to the actual amount you paid. Free gifts or bonuses must be returned as well to qualify for a refund.


3. Extended Goodwill / Voluntary Returns Policy

To build trust and goodwill, FeelAwsm offers the following optional return policy — in addition to your statutory rights. This is not a legal obligation, but a courtesy.

  • If you ordered multiple units of the same product and cannot reasonably consume them all quickly, we may accept the return of one opened unit (partially used per instructions) along with unopened units, for refund or credit — provided you request return within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days after notifying us.

  • For certain products (e.g. supplements like “Magnesium Balance”, “Detox Essence”, etc.), we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. Details of eligible products and conditions are listed on the product page.

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject such goodwill returns; misuse or abuse (e.g. repeated returns, empty bottles, signs of consumption beyond first unit) may lead to denial of refund or partial refund to reflect diminished value.

4. Returns for Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive goods that are defective, damaged in transit, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming, you are entitled to remedies under EU law. 

4.1 What to Do

  • , including your order number, a description of the defect, and photos if applicable.

  • We may ask you to return the goods (or provide proof of damage) for assessment.

4.2 Remedies

At your discretion, you may request:

  • Free replacement, or

  • Repair (if feasible), or

  • Price reduction, or

  • Withdrawal and full refund (including shipping costs), if repair or replacement is impractical or impossible.

We aim to process such requests promptly and without undue burden to you.


5. Conditions, Documentation & Abuse Prevention

To protect FeelAwsm from misuse or fraudulent returns:

  • Returns must include the original invoice or order number.

  • Refunds will only be processed once returned items are received (or proof of shipment provided).

  • Bottles or packaging showing signs of consumption or tampering beyond what is necessary to inspect product quality may lead to partial or no refund under goodwill policy.

  • Frequent or suspicious returns may result in refusal or request for justification.

  • Right of withdrawal / refund may not apply if hygiene seal is broken (for supplements), unless defect is present.


6. Refund Timing & Payment Method

Refunds are executed within 14 days of valid return / receipt of returned goods (or proof of shipment), to the original payment method or by bank transfer if otherwise agreed.


7. Limited Exclusions (Legal Compliance)

This policy does not affect or reduce statutory rights for faulty or non-conforming goods under EU or national consumer law. Any clause here that attempts to do so is void.
